What the Circle is
The Realign Circle is Lunaa Realign in a small group. The full Lunaa Intelligence® method — Identity, Clarity, Direction, Systems — guided live, over 28 days, with a few other people doing the work alongside you.
The same framework that runs the private 1:1 program. The difference is the format: instead of fully personalised 1:1 sessions, you get guided group sessions, a structured daily practice, and a small circle that holds you accountable to what you discover.
Why the costs
Realign Private is €2,500 — twenty-eight days of fully personalised 1:1 work, built around you alone.
The Realign Circle gives you the same method and the same framework, in a small group, for €750 (founding cohort).
You're not getting a lighter version of the work. You're getting the work in a different container. One where the group does what a workbook alone never could.
What's included
- 4 live group sessions, 90 minutes each — guided by Ruxandra, one per week, following the Identity → Clarity → Direction → Systems sequence.
- The Lunaa Intelligence® Workbook — your daily structure for 28 days: reflection, strategic audit, and one real-world behavioural challenge each week.
- A private group thread — async support between sessions, with the others in your Circle. You are not left alone in the gaps.
- A closing integration session — you leave knowing what changed, what it means for your decisions, and what you're doing differently from here.
What 28 days looks like
- Week 1 — Identity. Who is actually deciding. What you built around a role or a pressure you've outgrown, and what to release.
- Week 2 — Clarity. Cutting the internal noise. Reducing ten competing priorities to the two or three that move your life.
- Week 3 — Direction. Realigning where you're headed with who you now are — and making the decision you've been postponing.
- Week 4 — Systems. Building a rhythm that holds under pressure, so the change is structural, not situational.
Why a small group
Solo programs fail because no one is watching and no one is with you. Large programs fail because you disappear into the crowd.
Eight people is the number where you're seen and held — close enough that the room knows your name and your work, accountable enough that you actually finish. When seats are full, the cohort closes.
Who guides it
Ten years as a judge. Yale-trained in decision-making. Then the work of rebuilding her own foundation after the role stopped fitting.
Ruxandra Piteiu built Lunaa Intelligence® from that rebuild, not productivity techniques, but the layer underneath: who is deciding, what they can hold, what their life is now organised around. She guides every Circle personally.
The Founding Circle
This is the first Realign Circle. The founding price is €750. In exchange, founding members become part of how the methodology gets built and proven. The exchange is visible and stated upfront in the application below.
From Cohort 2 onward, the Circle is €1,300, with no contribution required. If you'd rather wait for a proven cohort with a full wall of testimonials, that's a fair call. If you'd rather be in the room that sets the standard, and shape the method while you're in it, this is it.

This isn't for everyone
The Circle is not for you if:
- you're looking for quick motivation or a short-term push;
- you avoid difficult decisions when clarity gets uncomfortable;
- you're not willing to act on what you discover.
