Payment Methods

To purchase products from the Lunaawell store, we offer you only online payment by card, which is also available via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Debit card payment processing is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. The accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard. No additional transaction fee is charged.

If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. In this case, no additional transaction fee will be charged.

How to pay via card?

On the checkout page, in the payment section, you will have the option “Pay online with card”. You can enter your card details directly from the checkout page, without being redirected to another page. Make sure that all order details, respectively card details, are correct and click “PAY NOW”.

The transaction will also be confirmed by email, to the account address created in the Lunaawell platform or to the email address entered on the checkout page. If the payment was not authorized, you will be able to try again immediately after the failed payment message is displayed.

Pay monthly subscription

You can choose the Monthly Subscription option on eligible products and receive 15% off with automatic monthly deliveries.

How it works:

• Select "Monthly Subscription" on the product page instead of a one-time purchase.
• Your order renews automatically each month using your selected payment method.
• You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer subscription portal – view upcoming orders, update details, or cancel whenever you like.
• Access to the portal is provided via email links and/or your customer account after purchase.

Subscriptions are charged automatically and can be modified or cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.
