SUBSCRIPTIONS (RECURRING DELIVERIES)

Lunaawell® products may also be purchased as a subscription, with recurring monthly deliveries and a subscription discount applied to each delivery.

Minimum duration. The monthly subscription entails a minimum commitment of 2 (two) consecutive billing cycles, the initial order included. This minimum duration is displayed on the product page before the order is placed, and by placing a subscription order the customer confirms having taken note of it.

Renewal and billing. After the minimum period, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled by the customer. Payment is charged automatically to the registered payment method on each renewal date. The customer receives an email notification before each charge.

Cancellation. The customer may request cancellation at any time, through the subscription management portal (accessible via the links in the order confirmation emails and/or the customer account) or by writing to hello@lunaawell.com. Cancellation takes effect once the minimum of 2 billing cycles is completed. Requests made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date stop the following delivery and the corresponding payment.

Right of withdrawal. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 applies to each delivery, independently of the minimum subscription commitment, under the conditions described in the Delivery & Returns policy.

Price changes. Lunaawell SRL may modify the subscription price with at least 30 days’ prior notice by email. The customer may cancel free of charge before the new price takes effect.

ADVERTISING

www.lunaawell.com may display advertisements for its own products and for third-party products or services.
By using www.lunaawell.com and accepting its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive these commercial communications.

In-Session — AI-Assisted Reflection Tool

In-Session is a free, interactive self-reflection tool offered by Lunaawell® under the Lunaa Intelligence® methodology. By using In-Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) the written brief you receive is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, based on the decision you describe and your answers to the assessment questions; (b) In-Session is a personal reflection instrument and does not constitute, replace, or imply psychological counselling, therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or any other regulated professional service, and no professional-client relationship is created through its use; (c) the content of the brief is informational in nature, may contain inaccuracies, and any decision you make remains entirely your own responsibility; (d) the text you enter is processed for the sole purpose of generating your brief, using a third-party AI provider acting as a data processor, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy — we recommend you avoid entering special categories of personal data (such as health information) or third parties’ personal data; (e) the email address you provide is used to deliver access to your brief and, only where you have given explicit consent, to send you our newsletter, from which you may unsubscribe at any time; (f) In-Session is intended for users aged 18 and over; (g) the IECPframework, the In Session format, and all related content are the intellectual property of Lunaawell® and Lunaa Intelligence®.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent Romanian courts.
